West Virginia Chiropractic Society 2025

Welcome! You’ve arrived to book your lodging and adventure activities for the WV Chiropractic Society meeting (May 30-June 1, 2025) at Adventures on the Gorge. Entering your information in the form at the bottom of this page is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging accommodations and adventure activities. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 48 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Adventure details

There is a half-day whitewater rafting trip on the Lower New River planned for Saturday afternoon. Otherwise, adventure activities are available every day on a first come, first serve basis; there are no activity holds. Please identify your preferred day and preferred time of day for each activity choice, as well as names, in the notes section at the end of the form. If others with WVCS select the same activity(s), we will do our best to reserve the same trip(s). Rates listed are per person, before taxes/fees. You can expect 6% State Tax, a $6.00 Activity Fee per person on full day adventures and a $3.00 Activity Fee for 1/2 day adventures, and an optional 6% Trip Cancellation Protection.

You do not need to book adventure activities at the same time as your lodging accommodations.

Tour the Gorge

This four-hour scenic tour will take passengers on a journey to some of our favorite places in the New River Gorge National Park. After boarding the shuttle at Adventures on the Gorge, you’ll travel down the winding Fayette Station Road, where you’ll see the New River Gorge Bridge from below.
