Vermeire Family Reunion
Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging and adventures for the Vermeire Family Reunion, June 25th-28th 2026, at Adventures on the Gorge. Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging and adventures for this reunion weekend. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 25% deposit will be required within 48 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Lodging details: All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis. Rate listed is Friday/Saturday per night rate. Thursday/Sunday per night rate will be listed under each cabin type. Two-night minimum is required to book lodging. There is a box towards the end of the form to identify the ‘Number of people you are booking for’, in which you type in how many people are lodging. Availability is frequently updated. If you make a selection that is no longer available, an Adventure Specialist will reserve a similar unit and confirm it with you.
Activity details
Activity rates listed are Sunday – Friday rates. It will be noted under each activity if Saturday rate is different. The rates listed are discounted rates for the reunion, please use this form to receive the discounted rate(s). Please identify your preferred day and time of day for each activity choice, as well as names and ages, in the notes section at the end of the form. If others in the group have selected the same activity(s), we will do our best to reserve the same trip(s).
Dining details: There are a variety of restaurants available for you to dine at while visiting Adventures on the Gorge. Smokeys on the Gorge – open for lunch and dinner daily. Mill Creek Cafe and coffee shop – open for breakfast and lunch daily. Chetty’s open for dinner daily. Canyon Falls Snack Shack – open daily. Rendezvous – bar with heavy apps available daily. Airport Shuttle Details: Yeager International Airport (CRW) is our closest larger airport, about 70 minutes from Adventures on the Gorge. Greenbrier Valley Airport (LWB), 80 minutes from campus is another option. Raleigh County Memorial Airport (BKW), 40 minutes away would be an option for small planes. Each of these airports offer car rental options you can set up on your own. Adventures on the Gorge offers paid shuttle services to and from the airports as well. Prices are as follows for airport shuttles: $125 for 1-3 guests, $150 for 4-14 guests. These must be booked in advance. Please indicate in the text box at the end of the form if you would like more information about the shuttles!
