Optima Engineering Retreat

Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging for the 2025 Optima Engineering Retreat at Adventures on the Gorge, August 15-17, 2025 (if you’re not interested in tent camping). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to make your lodging reservation for the event. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 48 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Lodging details

Cabins are first come, first serve.

Price listed is per night, before taxes/fees.
Cabins have a two-night minimum.
If you plan on sharing a cabin, just one person needs to fill out the form to reserve the cabin and list the names of the other guests; multiple payments can be made on the same reservation.
Availability is frequently updated; if you’ve selected a style that is not available, we will reserve the next closest in style (will give you a chance to confirm). You can expect 6% State Tax, 6% Lodging Tax, a 4% Resort Fee, and an optional 6% Trip Cancellation Protection.

Elevate your camping experience (literally) with a stay on one of our tent platforms. These 12x16’ platforms accommodate one large tent or two small tents are covered to protect you from the elements. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring and is within walking distance of shower houses and bathroom facilities.
