New River Transit Authority Annual Training 2025

Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging and adventures for The New River Transit Authority Annual Training 2025 at Adventures on the Gorge (Friday, December 19, 2025). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging and adventures for this retreat. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Activity rates listed are Sunday – Friday group rates. It will be noted under each activity if Saturday rate is different. Please identify your preferred day and time of day for each activity choice, as well as names and ages, in the notes section at the end of the form. If others in the group have selected the same activity(s), we will do our best to reserve the same trip(s).

This four-hour scenic tour will take passengers on a journey to some of our favorite places in the New River Gorge National Park. After boarding the shuttle at Adventures on the Gorge, you’ll travel down the winding Fayette Station Road, where you’ll see the New River Gorge Bridge from below.
