Lodging Hold/room Block Will Be Released End Of Day 5/16

Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging for the 2025 Leadership West Virginia Session at Adventures on the Gorge (June 18-20, 2025). Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging for the event. The lodging hold has been released. The cabins listed may no longer be available. Please select your preferred cabin style and an Adventure Specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Please thoroughly read the following information:

Review the cabin descriptions to find the best fit for you. All Leadership WV guests will have their choice of cabin (first come, first serve). All packages are otherwise the same, including two nights lodging and two breakfasts. (There is a two-night minimum for our cabins.)

Rates listed are the package rates including applicable taxes/fees ($500.00/person). Please inform us if you qualify for exemption from 6% WV State Tax, we will need a copy of the exemption form.

You have the option to add the Trip Cancellation Protection for an additional 6% (totaling $527.06). Read the cancellation policy here and mark the box in the form if you’re opting in.
