Elliott Family Reunion at Adventures on the Gorge

Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging and activities for the Elliott Family Reunion at Adventures on the Gorge (June 26th-29th, 2025). Please read all of the following information (a family member of yours has worked very hard to help make this a successful and memorable reunion! ♡).

Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging and activities for this reunion. Once your form is submitted, we will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 48 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Activity details

We have limited the activity offerings for Friday afternoon and Saturday to encourage booking trips together as a family as much as possible! We will do our best to keep each of the reservations on the same trips. Activity rates listed are group rates special to your reunion, use this form to make your selections. Please indicate in the text box at the end of the form how many people, their ages, what day and what time of day for each trip you’d like to book.

  • Friday Afternoon Adventure Activities: TimberTrek Adventure Park is good for ages 4 & up and has courses that are very challenging for adults. The Jet Boat Tour is more of a cruise boat – good for all ages and requires little-to-no physical activity. Ziplining courses are: TreeTops Canopy Tour zipping from tree top to tree top with some hiking in between, and Gravity Zipline Tour is more ridge top to ridge top and faster speeds/higher zips but you stand on the ground in between zips and less physical activity is involved.
  • Saturday Adventure Activities: Lower New River for ages 12 & up and the Upper New River for ages 6 & up; both about 5-7 hours and include lunch. Alternative 2-4 hours activities are: Tour the Gorge (driving tour throughout the New River Gorge National Park), BridgeWalk (walk the catwalk under the New River Gorge Bridge), Stand Up Paddleboarding or Flatwater Kayaking, hike on your own (plenty of well-marked trails in the National Park), or hang out poolside!

Tour the Gorge

This four-hour scenic tour will take passengers on a journey to some of our favorite places in the New River Gorge National Park. After boarding the shuttle at Adventures on the Gorge, you’ll travel down the winding Fayette Station Road, where you’ll see the New River Gorge Bridge from below.
