Welcome! You’ve arrived to book lodging and adventures for the wedding of Ashlynne and Andres on October 5, 2025 at Adventures on the Gorge. Entering your information below is going to send a form to our Adventure Specialists to reserve your lodging and adventures for this wedding weekend. Once your form is submitted, an Adventure Specialist will create your reservation then send you email confirmation. This email confirmation will have a “Make a Payment” link to follow for online payment. A 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours of the email confirmation. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Activity details
Lodging details: All cabins are on a first come, first serve basis. Rate listed is Friday/Saturday per night rate. Thursday/Sunday per night rate will be listed under each cabin type. Two-night minimum and an adventure activity are required to book lodging. There is a box towards the end of the form to identify the ‘Number of people you are booking for’, in which you type in how many people are lodging. You may reserve a cabin without an activity to start – but an activity needs to be added by June 5th, 2025. Reservations will be reevaluated (and potentially cancelled) if activities are not added.
Activity details: Activity rates listed are Sunday – Friday rates. It will be noted under each activity if Saturday rate is different. The rates listed reflect a 15% discount for wedding guests on all in-house activities. Please identify your preferred day and time of day for each activity choice, as well as names and ages, in the notes section at the end of the form.
If others in the group have selected the same activity(s), we will do our best to reserve the same trip(s). Activities need to be added to reservations by June 5th, 2025. Reservations will be reevaluated (and potentially cancelled) if activities are not added.
Dining details: There are a variety of restaurants available for you to dine at while visiting Adventures on the Gorge. Smokeys on the Gorge – open for lunch and dinner daily. Mill Creek Cafe and coffee shop – open for breakfast and lunch daily. Chetty’s (new format to be announced soon) open for dinner daily. Canyon Falls Snack Shack – open daily. Rendezvous – bar with heavy apps available daily. More information available upon check-in.
